Why can't I print my certificate? It may be that you forgot to read or scroll to the very end of the text. You should click the "Complete" button at the very end of the text to receive credit for Part One. If you are trying to take a course two times in the same access period, you may do so, but the second certificate is not automatically generated. Simply go back to the same course and re-read the text and re-take the quiz. Notify the administrator that you have done so. Please scrool to the end of this page and see the question highlighted in yellow for instructions.
If you need to change the name on your certificate, log into your account and click your initials (probably at the bottom left of the page) and select "Account" and then "Profile." Change the name as you want it on your certificate and save:
Refunds: We will give a refund upon request up to 30 days after payment has been made.
How long should it take to complete a course? It should take the number of hours awarded. In other words, if a course is six hours long, it should take you about six hours to complete. Taking in excess of 12 hours in a single day is NOT recommended.
Do I have to be a member of PayPal to make payment? NO you do not. You should select the "Check out as a guest" as described below. PayPal is our payment platform.
Instructions for setting up account and making payment:
HOW TO MAKE PAYMENT AT LPCRENEWAL AND SET UP ACCOUNT:
1) Go to LPCrenewal.com and on the home page (first page you come to) select the button below if you want the $38 offer or any single course if you just want one course:

3) Enter your email address and then “Continue”:
4) Put in your Full Name as you want it on your certificate and create a password, then select “Create account”:
5) Select “PayPal” that should now appear on right side of page:
6) Select ‘Pay with Debit or Credit Card’:
7) You should be able to “Check out as a guest” after entering your email and click “Continue to Payment”
8) You should be able to enter your credit card information. After purchase, you will go back to the LPCrenewal website. Select "Products" to access courses you just purchased:
Can I take the same course twice in the same year I purchased the $38 option? Yes, as long as you take the course in two separate license renewal periods. In other words, your $38 access may overlap two license renewal periods. To take a course twice within the same year, do the following:
1) Log into your account and select “Products.”
2) Select the course you need to take a second time even though it will indicate “Complete.”
3) Re-read the text and re-take the quiz.
4) After completion of the quiz, notify the site administrator that you have completed the course a second time. In your email, include your name and the date you completed the course. Send notifcation to: LPCrenewal@gmail.com. You will be emailed the certificate.
NOTE: Certificates are automatically generated for the first completion of a course but not the second under the same year access.
If you have purchased the $38 option that gives you access for one year but do not see your prior courses, it means your access has expired and you will need to repurchase the course(s). To do so, log-into your account and select the "LPCrenewal.com" icon at the top left of the page and "Visit site."
