Why can't I print my certificate? It may be that you forgot to read or scroll to the very end of the text. You should click the "Complete" button at the very end of the text to receive credit for Part One.

If you need to change the name on your certificate, log into your account and click "settings" under your initials at the top right of the page. You should see your account and name along with edit to the right. Change the name as you want it on your certificate.

Refunds: We will give a refund upon request up to 30 days after payment has been made.

How long should it take to complete a course? It should take the number of hours awarded. In other words, if a course is six hours long, it should take you about six hours to complete. Taking in excess of 12 hours in a single day is NOT recommended.
